Durham School Services Earns Ase Blue Seal Recognition

Everett, WA– Durham School Services, a leading provider in student transportation, maintenance team earned recognition from the prestigious Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Blue Seal Program.

At least 75 percent of technicians performing diagnosis and repairs must be ASE certifiedin order to qualify for the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program. Each area of service offered in the maintenance shop must be covered by at least one ASE-Certified Technician.

“I am very proud of the maintenance team as they put together a plan of action to achieve the Blue Seal certification and did it,” said Jim Moore, Vice President of Maintenance for Durham School Services. “The excellence of our fleet is essential to providing the safest transportation for our students, drivers and fellow motorists.”

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence is a non-profit organization that works to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying automotive professionals.ASE Certified Technicians work in every part of the automotive service industry.

Durham aims to achieve further recognition from the ASE Blue Seal Program at other qualifying locations across North America.
